Sustainability Analyst (Environmental Reporting)

With over 50 subject matter experts across Australia, JLL’ s Energy and Sustainability Services team works with clients and colleagues across the property lifecycle, to achieve sustainability ambitions and unlock maximum value from their investments.
What this job involves
Working closely with the Energy & Sustainability team on site with on a high-profile national portfolio, you will be providing environmental reporting and improvements across one of the largest owned and leased property portfolios in Australia.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of JLL’s environmental data management systems, supporting client user access
- Regular environmental performance which will include exception reporting
- Contribute to the analysis of energy consumption, costs and efficiency opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues around energy, water & waste
- Responsibility for the portfolio’s environmental reporting eg NGERS, Annual report
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You’ll have proven experience working in corporate sustainability, government or sustainability consulting within complex operating environments
Critical to the success of this role will be your demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation & analysis of numerical data; preferably in an energy, emissions or utilities context with an understanding of how they relate to the property and building management.
Ideally, you’ll have Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering or related field but demonstrable experience within a similar role will be well regarded.
