Mozambique nationals: Country Programme Manager
This is a great opportunity to join WSUP to lead the Mozambique team.
The Mozambique Country Programme Manager (CPM) provides leadership and support to the WSUP team in Mozambique, in a fast paced, dynamic organisation. This will be accomplished by building and strengthening country programme delivery and by providing strategic analysis to support the next stage of WSUP’s growth in Mozambique. They are accountable for managing all the resources of WSUP in Mozambique and responsible for maintaining effective management of the Mozambique portfolio of work through project managers in Maputo and Beira. This strategic and leadership role includes developing the Mozambique country strategy within the parameters of WSUP’s Business Plan 2020 to 2025 and includes the management, supervision and development of the WSUP staff team, also helping identify and hire new staff where needed.
The CPM will have a crucial role to play in leading Mozambique through the transformation WSUP is undertaking, in order to deliver our new Business Plan for 2020 – 2025. To achieve these outputs the Mozambique CPM will be supported by the WSUP Secretariat, other WSUP CPMs and the WSUP team in Mozambique.
