INTRODUCTION: Human Resources will screen applications and materials requested in

GENERAL PURPOSE: This position will assist professional hydrologists in field data collection activities, the preparation of equipment and vehicles for field use, and the maintenance, and organization of field equipment. Additional assignments may involve, assisting professional hydrologists with data compilation, reduction, and review; construction of spreadsheets and or databases; and quality assurance checks of both field and report data. T he omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Current enrollment Junior or higher, within an undergraduate degree program related to Hydrology, Geology, Civil Engineer, or a closely related field.

• Current enrollment with a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester.

  • Available to work up to twenty-five hours per week Monday through Thursday.
  • A Valid Driver’s license
  • US citizenship or legal right to work in the US, including authorization to work off campus
