You will join our International Water and Climate Resilience department

As our new intern you will be part of a team of 16 dedicated experts all working with international projects implemented for the major international financing institutions (IFIs) such as ADB, World Bank, EU, EIB, EBRD, KfW, Danida etc. as well as other international project opportunities.

We work within water, climate change and urban development conducting consultancy services covering the different stages of the project cycle including preparation of master plans and feasibility studies, preparation of design and tender documents, preparation of application for IFI financing through assistance in tendering, project monitoring and appraisal, as well as supervision of works contracts. We also work within policy and planning, advising the European Commission on their role in water and climate adaptation governance at the EU level or other donors with their climate investments planning.

Your daily work will be at the Ramboll Head Office in the Water Division where you will support and work closely together with the consultants of the International Water and Climate Resilience team. Your work as an intern will include a broad range of activities such as:

  • Tender Support: administrative support for the preparation of expressions of interest and technical proposals for international tenders (CV search of internal and external experts for the projects, formatting, packaging and sending…)
  • Project Support: desk research to support ongoing projects, minutes of meetings, workshop preparation and attendance, proofreading of reports and deliverables.
  • Ad-hoc Administrative tasks: update of internal platforms (opportunity list, etc..), booking and support for the organization of department meetings, events…

  • Current enrolment at a University in Denmark studying Business Administration, International Business, Management and Marketing, Sustainable Development or similar
  • High academic credentials
  • Fluency in English – knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage but not a prerequisite

Besides your academic and professional skills, we are looking for an intern who have a willingness to learn and a keen interest in having a career as an international consultant or working on behalf of international financing institutions.
