Research Officer (Environmental/Behavioural Economics)
The Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at LSE is pleased to invite applications to the above post, which is a postdoctoral research position at the level of Research Officer.
The appointee will be expected to play an active intellectual role in the life of the Institute, including collaborating with other research programmes, such as the ESRC Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy, and with staff at other universities. We are also looking for individuals who are excited about communicating their research to decisions makers.
Candidates are expected to have, or be about to complete, a PhD in Environmental Economics, Economics, Econometrics or a related field. They should have research interests in behavioural or experimental economics and environmental economics and have the ability to communicate complex ideas and technical issues to a range of non-technical audiences. Excellent empirical and computational skills are essential.
