The African Ministers’ Council on Water (AMCOW), in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Water Security and Cooperation (CWSC), is leading the development of Africa Sanitation Policy Guidelines (ASPG), with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). The ASPG will strengthen existing efforts by providing foundational and progressive policy and legal frameworks that can be actively used and adapted by individual countries.

Purpose of the Position:

Scoping Study of Policy Tools and Guidelines (Sanitation and WASH Policy focused, and inclusive of key policy making tools/guidelines from other sectors)
